Yesterday
was great, and this day will be just as good, maybe even better. Today
something very special is on the agenda. We are going to a Justin Bieber
concert. Justin Bieber is a great pop musician from Canada. He was discovered
in 2008 on YouTube by Scooter Bruan, an American talent manager who later
became his manager. His first single, “One Time” went platinum shortly after
its release. Since then, he has dropped three studio albums and six singles.
With a fan base, known as “Belibers” and almost 60 million fans on Facebook, he
is one of the most popular celebrities in the world. Justin Bieber has received numerous awards
the last few years.
About
seven months ago he released his latest album “Believe”, and started an
enormous world-tour. He decided to end the journey in his home country,
Canada. His last concert is to day, and
we have two tickets. We are not his biggest fans, but it will be a fantastic
experience. The crowd will probably be 95% girls, which makes the concert worth
the money anyway. Even if his songs not
are our favourites, we have plenty respect for him. He has worked hard to get
where he is today, and stand against a lot of criticism. The show takes place
in Bell Centre, Montreal. We have to take train, which departs from Ottawa
Station in an hour so we have to hurry. There will be a short review and maybe
a picture from the concert in the next post, watch out!
